I love research! I have been conducting research, writing about research, and talking about research since 1999. At that time, the Tallahassee Regional Airport asked me to present the marketing and operational implications of their recent consumer satisfaction study.
Now I work with organizations that desire to understand the marketplace; and position resources to take advantage of coming trends. I've been called upon by leading leisure and hospitality companies, the Associated Press, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta to share research and comment on international and domestic tourism developments affecting the industry.
Before starting the business, I was a research analyst for VISIT FLORIDA, a Destination Marketing Organization responsible for marketing the State of Florida as a tourism destination; and the research manager for the St. Johns County (Florida) TDC. Over the years I've gained a positive reputation for specializing in performance measurement, economic impact, and advertising effectiveness.
When not running London Tourism Publications, I serve as the Executive Director of the Southeast States Chapter of TTRA. Prior to that appointment I was on the board of directors for the International Travel and Tourism Research Association (TTRA).
